Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about products, sourcing, pricing, documentation and how an order actually proceeds.
What products does IMPX Global Traders supply?
The catalogue covers three categories: industrial goods, electronics and agricultural products. Within those, the range runs from fasteners, piping and flow control through to sensors, lighting and cabling, and on to grains, pulses, spices and oilseeds. If an item is not listed, it can still be quoted through custom sourcing.
Does the company manufacture products?
IMPX coordinates manufacturing with partner units. Manufacturing capabilities, facilities and production details are subject to product-specific verification, and no catalogue item on this website is described as produced in-house. Where an item is genuinely produced for IMPX, its product page will say so explicitly.
Does the company provide third-party sourcing?
Yes. Third-party sourcing is one of the main service lines: identifying suppliers against your specification, reviewing what documentation each can provide, comparing the options and coordinating the quotation.
Can buyers request customised products?
Yes. Send a drawing, sample or written specification through the custom sourcing form. Whether it can be made or sourced depends on supplier capability, and that is confirmed before any commitment is given.
What markets does the company target?
India, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, China, Thailand and Russia, plus other markets subject to product, legal and logistics feasibility. These are target markets rather than a claim of established operations in each one.
How can I request a quotation?
Use the quote request form, or email the details directly. Quantity, destination and technical specification are the three details that determine how quickly a useful answer comes back.
Are product prices displayed online?
No. Price depends on specification, quantity, destination and the supplier selected, so a fixed published price would be misleading. Every product is quoted on request.
How are product specifications confirmed?
In writing, before quotation. The specification is restated back to you as part of the offer, so that what is quoted and what is ordered are the same document.
Can buyers request bulk quantities?
Yes. Bulk and container-quantity enquiries are standard in the agricultural categories and common in industrial goods. Minimum order quantities vary by item and by supplier, and are confirmed per enquiry.
How are shipping and delivery arrangements handled?
Shipping terms are agreed per order, including the incoterm, route and transport mode. Delivery timelines are confirmed as part of the commercial offer rather than promised in advance.
What documentation may be required?
It depends on the product and the destination. Commercial and transport documents apply in every case, and depending on the category there may also be test certificates, phytosanitary certificates, conformity declarations or import permits. Requirements are identified at enquiry stage.
How can I contact the company?
Email contact@impxgroup.com or use the contact form. Enquiries that include product, quantity and destination are answered fastest.
Answers here are general. Anything that depends on your specification, quantity or destination is confirmed per enquiry, in writing, before an order.
